授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	Objectives The aim of the course is to help students research the private international law legal system on "Tort" of each country.Therefore, students can acquire the knowledge on private international law on " tort" through this lecture. Curriculum      The program consists of two courses which are not divisible.  Each student is required to attend at all of two courses in the following subjects: Course 1 < spring >  :Private International Jurisdiction Matters on Tort                                    Course 2 <autumn>  :Applicable Law in Tort
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Method In this class, I will adopt the method known as the seminary, where We speak to each other. Remarks It must be to reconfirm that this class is not a course for undergraduate students, but for graduate students.  Therefore, it is necessary for the students themselves to be motivated to seek and search for materials.

評価方法 ／Evaluation	Examination (Evaluation) Students are required to submit a term paper at the end of each term. I will score on your attitude(60%) and achievements in your work(40%).
