授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	1990年前後の我が国のバブル、2000年代のアメリカのバブルをはじめ、これまでもバブルが次々に発生しては破裂し、各国経済や世界経済に深刻な影響を及ぼしてきた。こうしたバブルはなぜ発生するのか、特に2000年代のアメリカの住宅バブルを中心に、その発生?崩壊過程、家計や企業のバランスシートへの影響を考察する。 　DPとの関係では、「緻密な分析により、現実の社会もしくは組織が直面している諸問題に対し解決策を提案する能力。また、その解決策の効果を評価し、限界を明らかにする能力」、「.将来的に社会や経営にとって脅威や機会となりうる課題を見出す情報収集能力および問題発見能力」を特に養成する。
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	教室で、テキストを講読する。また、修士論文作成を作成する。修士論文の進捗状況について、複数回プレゼンを行う。
事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	事前には、テキストの指定された範囲を熟読するとともに、先行研究や関連するデータを調査すること（2時間）。事後には講義をもとに博士論文を執筆すること。
